Is dedicated to providing single-family and multifamily housing for low and moderate income families, the homeless, the elderly, and the handicapped. We seek to create safe neighborhoods by partnering with individuals and organizations to provide housing, education and employment opportunities for families of modest means to become self-sufficient and improve their quality of life. We shall serve our clients and all citizens with the highest level of professionalism, compassion and respect.

Our organization is also dedicated to offer and provide housing with support services. I.E. homebuyers education, financial literacy, social services, economic community stabilization programs, as well as faith based initiatives.

 

P.O.S.E. works with many partners across the state, including lenders, government agencies, nonprofit housing providers, builders, real estate agents, community organizations and developers, to create affordable housing opportunities through an array of programs and services.
